How do I create an account?

First click on ‘My Account’ found at the top right hand corner. It will take you to a page where you can log in with your username and password or create a new account.

Click ‘Create an Account’, fill out the relevant information and then click ‘Submit’.  All done!

 

How do I change my password?

Click ‘Log In’ tab which is found at the top right hand corner. This will take you to the log in page. When you try to log in with your username (email address) you can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ tab and follow prompts to reset it.

 

Can I skip the shipping cost and pick up my items from your store?

You most certainly can! Just select ‘Store Pick Up’ instead of ‘Shipping’ and your order will be packaged in store awaiting your arrival.  You will be contacted to confirm when the items are available in store.

 

What are the standard shipping costs?

We have a flat rate of $12 for all deliveries.

 

Which services are used for delivery of my items?

We use a courier service called Couriers Please. They are extremely reliable and will take care of your items as if they were their own.

 

What is the best way to follow up on my order?

The best way to follow up on your order is to email us on info@stagezone.com.au, call us on 03 9931 0311 or use the contact us information page on this website. A member of our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

 

What are the payment methods offered?

The payment methods offered on our site are Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Pay Pal.

 

How long does it usually take to receive my order?

If we have the item in stock and you are in Victoria it will usually take 2-3 business days.

If we have to wait for an item to be delivered, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.

If you do not reside in Victoria please allow for between 3-10 business days for your items to arrive.

 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses so please make sure you put a correct street address that we can send your parcel to.

 

What is your returns policy?

Stagezone Dancewear is happy to exchange goods or provide store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the customer is able to produce a valid receipt from Stagezone.

A refund may be given for items that have a manufacturing fault however, we reserve the right to send the faulty item back to the manufacturer for a replacement or credit on behalf of the customer as per our Supplier’s policies.

We DO NOT provide a refund for “change of mind” items, but we will happily provide store credit provided items are returned in sale condition with all original packaging and tags intact and attached.


Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Due to the order process we cannot accept cancellations. Please ensure you select your products carefully.


What if the items I’ve ordered are on backorder?

Every effort is made to ensure we dispatch your order completely.

In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item or our Suppliers’ have put an item on back order, you will be notified immediately of the expected time that the item will become available.
